When is the conference?

Docebo Inspire will run from Tuesday, October 18th to Wednesday, October 19th. This year, we’ve added an extra day, DU @ Inspire, which will take place on Monday, October 17th.

Where can I find information on Docebo Inspire 2022 conference pricing?

For details on pricing, please refer to our pricing page.

How long are the conference days?

You can expect one day of optional hands-on technical training (DU @ Inspire, on Oct. 17th) and two half days of conference activities.

What does my conference registration pass include?

All keynotes, breakout sessions, and conference-sponsored experiences. Please note: DU @ Inspire (on Oct. 17th) is not included in the 2-day pass.

I attended Docebo Inspire 2021. How do I apply my credit to my 2022 conference pass?

If you attended Docebo Inspire 2021, you are entitled to a credit totalling the value of your 2021 pass. This credit can be applied to your 2022 pass. You will receive a discount code at checkout. Consult the pricing page for conference pass packages. (Please note, you’ll need to register with the same email address as last year.) 

What if I have a special need or request?

Not a problem! We’re happy to accommodate where possible. If you have special needs or other requests, please contact us at [email protected].

When can I register for the event?

You can click the register now button anywhere on our website to register for the event. Keep an eye on your inbox2 week(s) prior to the event you will receive an email inviting you to build your agenda. We encourage you to check the Inspire 2022 website for further updates. 

What if I miss a session that I wanted to attend?

Not to worry! We’ve got you covered with on-demand recordings. They’ll be made available to you after the conference to watch at your convenience. You’ll receive an email with more information after the event. 

What’s the registration cancellation policy?

If you would like to cancel the event completely, here’s our refund policy: 

  • Receive a refund of 75% if you cancel before Sept. 1, 2022
  • Receive a refund of 50% if you cancel between Sept. 2 – Sept. 15 2022
  • Receive a refund of 25% If you cancel Sept. 16 – Sept. 26, 2022
  • Cancellations after Sept 26 are not eligible for refund 

Note: Sessions will be made available on demand after the event for all registered attendees.  

I registered but I haven’t received my confirmation email. What should I do?
